The breakfasts were delicious and had a wide variety of options. The rooms were very quiet, great for a peaceful stay. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist with any questions or concerns. The hotel's location made it easy to walk to the city center in just 20 minutes.
The hotel could use some updating, as the rooms and bathrooms appeared worn and could use a fresh look. the size of the quilts provided were smaller than expected, a bit uncomfortable.

Great location for the half marathon with easy access to the train station. Friendly staff and a delicious breakfast with a good variety of food. Quiet atmosphere in the restaurant. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable bed, plenty of storage space, clean and easy to navigate hotel, ideal location for Koelnmesse, good menu in the restaurants, availability for breakfast too.

The room we had was clean and spacious, and the cleaning staff did an excellent job. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to the city and train station. The breakfast offered a good variety of food, and we enjoyed the nice views from the bridge on our way to the city.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxury hotel! the location was perfect - just a short walk from the train station and right opposite the Exhibition centre. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and attending events. Secondly, the service was impeccable. The staff, including the manager, were so friendly and helpful, and their English language skills were excellent. I felt well taken care of and valued as a guest. Thirdly, the hotel amenities were top-notch. From the spa and wellness centre with its indoor swimming pool and sauna, to the restaurant and bar with delicious food and drinks, everything was designed to enhance my comfort and relaxation.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable hotel experience.
